Terms and Conditions of Sale of Noolkala

Welcome to Noolkala. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms govern the sale of products, outlining your rights as a consumer and our obligations as the seller. When you place an order with Noolkala, it constitutes an offer to purchase goods under these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and confirmation from Noolkala. After placing your order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. However, this acknowledgment does not signify acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of the goods, at which point the sale becomes binding.
The prices displayed on our website are in GB POUNDS £. Any additional charges for example , applicable taxes such as VAT where relevant , delivery fees, will be clearly indicated before you complete your purchase. Payments are required at the time of placing the order, and we accept a range of payment methods, including Apple Pay , Card , Bank transfer. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the specified payment method and that the details provided are accurate.
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout, but delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Goods will be delivered to the address specified during the ordering process, and it is your responsibility to ensure that this information is accurate. In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, you may be responsible for any additional delivery costs incurred.
As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive the goods. This right to cancel, often referred to as the “cooling-off period,” allows you to change your mind without providing a reason. If you decide to cancel, you must notify us within this period and return the goods in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. The cost of returning items is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or not as described. Upon receiving the returned items, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
In addition to your right to cancel, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which ensures that the goods you purchase must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. Certain items, such as personal care products that have been unsealed, may not be returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
